Baby Shoes

Baby shoes are one of the trickiest parts of dressing a baby. They need something warm, comfortable, stays on, and, of course, is cute! My shoes are like a lot of other baby shoes, but much more reasonably priced. Until babies start to walk, there is virtually no wear on shoes. There is no need for expensive shoes that babies will grow out of in no time. Instead, by a versatile shoe that will fit and stay on for a long time.
My shoes are very customizable. I have grouped them in matching sets, but there are many different combinations. My preference is a flannel lining with a light cotton outside. This means the shoes can go from winter to spring to summer without making baby uncomfortable. I can also do fleece lining, or cotton lining.

Nursing Covers

Nursing covers are a must have for all new moms.  Nothing makes nursing easier, whether in public or in the privacy of your home. I didn't use one with my first child and was continually frustrated and embarrassed by trying to hold up a blanket. With my second child I was so grateful to have a nursing cover.

My covers are approximately 32x24" with an adjustable neck strap and boning between the straps to enable mom to see baby. I make them just like the store covers, but mine are bigger (which means better coverage). I also have several options to add on to the cover.

-an inside pocket for burp cloths, chapstick, nursing creams, etc
-a flannel lining along the bottom edge to catch/wipe spit up
-embroider initials to further personalize a cover (great for shower gifts!)
